Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

DNS Admin is a product of Echo Reply, a company based in the European Union. If you have any questions about this privacy policy or how we handle your data, you can reach us at privacy@echo-reply.net.

2. What data we collect

We collect your email address only. The sole purpose is to send you a one-time notification when DNS Admin launches. We do not collect your name, location, IP address, or any other personal information through this form.

3. Legal basis

We process your email address based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You give this consent by checking the opt-in checkbox on the signup form and confirming your email address through the double opt-in process.

4. How we use your data

Your email address is used for two things:

  1. To send you a confirmation email verifying your subscription (double opt-in).
  2. To send you a single launch notification when DNS Admin becomes available.

We do not share, sell, or use your email address for any other purpose. We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or third-party offers.

5. Data retention

Your email address is deleted within 30 days after the launch notification is sent. If you unsubscribe before launch, your email address is deleted immediately.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict processing of your data
  • Port your data to another service
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@echo-reply.net.

7. How to unsubscribe

Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link. Click it to immediately remove your email address from our list. You can also email privacy@echo-reply.net to request deletion of your data.

8. Cookies

This site does not use cookies or any tracking technologies. We do not use analytics services, advertising pixels, or third-party scripts that track you. Your theme preference (light or dark mode) is stored in your browser's localStorage, which is not personal data and is never sent to our servers.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
